Order & delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free delivery applies on orders above Rs. 2,999. See our full Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics and skincare items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

Product authenticity
Every product we sell is genuine. Some items are listed as "Original Factory Leftover" — surplus stock from the original manufacturer, sold at a discount, and just as authentic as regular stock.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been dispatched yet.
